About the Principal Broker Wm. E. “Skip” Dolan:

The owner and operator of Dolan Commercial Real Estate Services, Skip Dolan has been in the business since 1980. He began working in the Jersey City/Hoboken market in 1980 with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services, and in 1985, was hired by Edward S. Gordon.

 

In 1989, he opened Dolan Realty (renamed Dolan Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., in 2001).

A lifelong New Jersey resident, Skip resides in Bergen County; he and his wife have four adult children. An active member of the Jersey City and greater Hudson County community, Skip has been involved with supporting many local private institutions, both in education and community outreach.

 

Over the years, he has used his general aviation skills to participate as an “Angel Flight” pilot, flying medical patients in need from remote locations to receive essential medical care.
